Benjamin Shaykin designs books and other typographic things in Providence, RI Berkeley, California.

He teaches at California College of the Arts in the MFA Design program. (Until very recently, he taught at Rhode Island School of Design and worked out of The Design Office.) A few of his books are available at Printed Matter.

He’s with her. Still. (You can download and print your own posters here.)

It feels like a long time ago, but he made some new year’s cards that you can still buy at his little shop (if you’re feeling nostalgic), with proceeds going to ACLU & SPLC.

A new site is in the works. In the meantime, this is what passes for his portfolio. A full portfolio is available upon request.

He’d love to hear from you.
